Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and even being here is a meaningful first step. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to show up as yourself without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative; you bring your experiences, and I bring my training and perspective, and together we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

I have over a decade of experience in mental health, crisis support, and education, including extensive work with neurodivergent individuals. I’ve supported clients navigating ADHD, autism, mood disorders, and complex mental health challenges, which has shaped my understanding of how differently people experience, process, and move through the world.

I have a strong interest in men’s mental health, and the unique pressures men often carry; whether that’s difficulty expressing emotions, navigating relationships, or feeling stuck between who they are and who they feel they’re expected to be. I aim to provide a space where men can build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and feel supported in creating meaningful change.

I also work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how past experiences can shape current thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. Together, we can explore these patterns at a pace that feels safe and manageable, while building tools to support resilience and growth.

My background in kinesiology informs a strong appreciation for the mind–body connection. I work well with individuals experiencing chronic pain, injury, or ongoing health concerns, helping them better understand how physical and emotional experiences interact. This allows us to take a more holistic approach to healing, supporting both mental and physical well-being.

My approach is grounded, practical, and adaptable. I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioural, attachment-based, and solution-focused approaches,  while always tailoring therapy to fit your individual needs.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, I would be happy to connect with you.
