Ms. Khrystyna Yevstakhevych

Services available in English and Ukrainian

Life can be tough and it's okay to seek support when you need it. Whether you're dealing with past trauma, struggling with your emotions, experiencing the symptoms of anxiety or depression, or adjusting to major life changes like becoming a parent or moving to a new country, please know that you're not alone. I'm here to walk alongside you through this journey, to understand and share in the challenges you're facing.

My approach is personalized to each client's unique needs. In a safe and accepting space, I'll work with you to develop a plan to move toward healing. I primarily draw from attachment theory, recognizing the profound impact of our early relationships on our adult lives. Additionally, I integrate evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and somatic therapy, incorporating parts work and mindfulness techniques.

Having walked a similar path, I consider it an honour to support you in living a more fulfilling life. Whether it's exploring your past, finding peace in the present, learning to manage emotions and boundaries, or breaking free from harmful behavioural patterns, I'm here to help. Additionally, I have lived experiences of being an immigrant and a parent, which aids my understanding of your unique circumstances.
