Ms. Pamela Green

MA, RP, OAMHP
Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Supervisor, Independent Clinician

I have worked in the mental health field for 15 years in a variety of settings including individual, couples and group therapy. As an experienced mental health professional, I am passionate about helping clients to improve their mental and emotional wellness. To help facilitate your wellness, I work collaboratively with my clients to determine their counselling goals that foster personal growth, better functioning and healing. I work using therapy modalities that best suit your needs which include CBT, DBT, attachment theory, internal family systems and solution focused approaches.

My expertise includes working with clients who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety disorders to specific phobias and fears. I provide psychological services to active military members, veteran’s and Indigenous communities.

I have continued to receive training in psychotherapy for older adults as well as individuals navigating acute and chronic illness.  I enjoy helping clients navigate interpersonal relationship challenges, such as separation, divorce, blended families, adoption and codependent relationships.

Professionally, I continue to engage in training in my areas of practice and am a certified clinical supervisor to graduate students and registered mental health professionals in our community.
